Delivery availability, timing, transport arrangements and any fees are discussed and agreed directly with the breeder before booking. Please confirm the complete plan in writing before payment.
Local pickup
Confirm the meeting location, appointment requirements and handover documents directly with the seller. A private home address should not be posted publicly unless the owner intends it to be public.
Out-of-location travel
Ask how the puppy will travel, who selects and pays the transporter, what happens if weather or scheduling changes the plan, and what conditions must be met before handover. Verify travel plans directly before booking.
Prepare for the trip home
Use an appropriately sized, secured carrier or vehicle restraint and plan for food, water and rest on a longer trip. Check current requirements for your route and any transport provider’s rules. Arrange veterinary care after arrival and bring the puppy’s records.
